Assalaamu alaykum, Alhamdulillah, our experience with Aboo Ubaidah Travel was seamless. It was our first Umrah as a couple and we received the most amazing hospitality. The timeliness was excellent, umrah rites guide, and the ziyarah in both Makkah and Madinah were very insightful. Accommodation was great. We also loved the sumptuous Nigerian meals, we didn’t have to look for Naija food or miss it at all. As a matter of fact, we have started recommending your service to our family and friends. Wa alaykum salaam warahmatullah wabarakatuh sir. By Allah, I enjoyed Aboo Ubaidah travels and tours service, and I had started recommending even before the end of the trip. I even told another friend about the agency yesterday. From the comfortable accommodations, to the ziyarah, to the orientation programme and general guidance, to the comfortable rides, to the thoughtful and quality souvenirs, and lots more. The agency made my first umrah an awesome experience, and I'd be back again with my friends and families soon, bi idhnillah. Meanwhile, I kept some SAR for Zamzam at the airport, and surprisingly, the agency paid for the Zamzam water and gave us for free. The little gesture was admirable because we had plans to buy. Salam alaekum, to be honest i enjoyed the experience to the fullest, even though it was my first Umrah, if Allah wills, i would rather go again with Aboo Ubaydah travels and tours. From the food package to the lectures, to the hotel accommodation not being far from the Haraam, Ma Sha Allah, i especially loved the fact that it was all sunnah process all through. I was looking forward to an experience without any form of serenren 😁😁 Alhamdulillah. Jazakallahu khaeran once again.
The journey was an amazing one, right from the sessions which we had before travelling and the videos that were sent to assist us (who haven't performed Umrah before) in our journey. The classes and videos were of great assistance and were highly appreciated. The ihram that was shared? That was an amazing one as some of us were already planning on buying, so getting it for free was an advantage for us as it helped soften our finances a bit.
